To begin, my personal favorite… blueberry! The delicious bites of tangy caramelized blueberries mixed into the sweet bread, after baking is the warmth. perfect for a winter morning. To add another touch, moist blueberry muffins have a crispy brown sugar topping, adding texture to the first bites of deliciousness!

Another flavor filled and popular muffin, that would make the top of my list, would be a fluffy banana muffin. It is very diverse compared to a loaf of banana bread, which falls apart and is crumbly, on the go. The perfect ratio of cinnamon and banana in this treat, makes the amazing breakfast or snack even more divine. Can’t you just taste that breathe taking first bite?! As well as the classic ingredients, banana muffins have a quite open pallet, that can be easily customizable. Want some texture? The pairing of banana and oats or banana and nuts would add a satisfyingly crunch to this pastry!

Another very popular flavor for breakfast’s in America, would be a rich and chunky, chocolate chocolate chip muffin. However this mouth watering treat might be quite tempting for others, the level of diversity seems to be too sweet for just a breakfast, which other options work for any meal or snack of the day. Separately, these chocolate treats satisfy the airy texture and flavorful aspect of a chocolate cake… just imagining the serotonin from this first bite!
